Day 2

Breakfast
1 c. Kashi Go Lean Crunch - 3 pts.

Lunch - "Good & Healthy Veggie Soup" - 4 pts.
1 can Santa Fe Chicken Progresso Soup
1/2 c. black beans
1 c. stir-fry veggies
1/2 T. lite cream cheese

Snack

Dinner - "Wonderful Waldorf Salad" - 6 pts.
2 c. Tender Greens bagged salad
2 oz. cooked, chopped chicken
1 c. apple, chopped
1 T. craisins
1 T. toasted, slivered almonds
2 T. CinnaMayoGurt dressing (I made this with one cup lite mayo, one cup ff vanilla yogurt, 2 t. cinnamon and 1-2 T. lemon juice)

1 bagel - 1 pt.
1 T. lite cream cheese - 1 pt.

Dessert
1&1/2 c. Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal - 2 pts.
3/4 c. ff milk - 1 pt.
1/2 banana, sliced - 1 pt.
